By using Venn Travel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by 1566741 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia company ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Venn Travel is a free group vacation planning tool. It collects preferences from multiple families in a travel group and generates a resort recommendation designed to satisfy all participants. The Service is provided free of charge to users.
Resort recommendations are generated using interpretive technology and publicly available information about resort properties. Recommendations are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation.
Venn Travel is not a travel agency. We do not book travel, process payments, or act as an intermediary between you and any hotel, resort, or booking platform. When you click a booking link on our site, you are redirected to a third-party booking platform whose own terms and conditions apply.
Venn Travel may earn referral commissions from booking platforms (such as Booking.com or Expedia) when you book a resort through links on our site. This does not affect the price you pay. Our recommendations are determined by your group's quiz responses, not by commission rates or affiliate relationships.
Travel experiences are inherently subjective. While we strive to match your group with the best-fit resort based on the preferences provided, we cannot guarantee that every family member will be satisfied with the recommendation or the resort experience. Review data and resort conditions change over time. Recommendations reflect information available at the time of matching.
Individual family quiz responses are kept confidential from other families in the group. Matching results use pseudonymized labels (Family A, Family B, Family C). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and use.
The Venn Travel name, logo, design, and matching methodology are the property of 1566741 B.C. LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1566741 B.C. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a recommended resort, financial loss from travel bookings, or reliance on any recommendation provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed $100 CAD.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
